I’m am ignited when it comes to inviting women to bare their naked truths and be wild. This March, I’m teaching it through The Sacred Mandala Journey.  Each day is a deepening into the rhythms of your wild, awakening your Erotic Creature through movement, sensory exploration, and sacred embodiment practices to curate your Sacred Mandala. 

As a Master Licensed S Factor Teacher and former content and events director for Sheila Kelley,  with over 18 years of deep embodiment practice, I invite you into this transformative retreat.  It is designed to viscerally ignite your senses, leading you into full-body expression and liberation into The Sacred Mandala Journey.  What is that? As your Guide into the wild, we will explore the wisdom of your innate self, your Erotic Creature.  I like to call her Erotic Renegade.  Where she dares to defy limits and awaken her own truths and desires on her own terms. She refuses to be tamed or be placed in a cage. Rather she hunts for her body’s truths.  As the container and curator for this journey, there will be honest conversation verbally and in movement, mirroring and body reading.  With your permission, I will go as deep as you desire to help create a visceral expression of yourself in ways of The Sacred Mandala Journey. The mandala becomes a reflection of your wild feminine essence. Your Erotic Renegade. SO MUCH FUN!!!!!
